This company and the product is horrible. They overcharge on the tax rate for your state. They don't like to correct the mistake or play dumb. The product is made like garbage. One came broken. The boxes are opened by them and the tackle kit is taken out to be sold separately. If the box says it is included it should be in there. In my eyes that is stealing or selling a open and or used product. They tell you on the phone message that they remove it but not on-line. That is two cases of stealing on their part. They don't respond to phone calls with the truth. They lie and hope you will forget about it. They don't respond to the BBB after I filed three complaints. Save yourself the trouble and buy a real fishing pole for the same amount of money. You will be much happier.
