Do Not Use Them
My email service goes down so much it is like I live in a developing country. Do not use this service. They don't answer their phones, they don't respond to technical service tickets, and they do not fix their own problems that occur over and over in a timely fashion. I have not had my business email in four days and I've left two phone calls, wrote three technical tickets, and have heard nothing back. My work emails are bouncing back to people saying "there is no host for my domain name". They are a mess. Update: It is now two weeks after the problem started. Hyperstreet has never returned any phone call (despite me calling 10 x). Hyperstreet wrote me today that "everything is fine" however, nothing works. I still cannot access any information in my control panel, my control panel says that there is zero data there (I've been working with them for five years and I have years of stored emails), my client emails are bouncing back when they use the domain Hyperstreet is hosting for me. When I send email and it connects to their server it says "server fails". I cannot believe this company is evening still standing. Their customer service is deplorable and they have brought my business to a standstill.
