I was approached a Hybrid Auto Glass representative named Kyle, while at a local car wash near my home. I had just acquired a large crack on my windshield a few days prior. Kyle was very enthusiastic, and nice, and immediately called his boss, Paul Horne (Owner) to give him the specifics on my car, so that I might have an accurate quote. When I received a quote for $285 installed, I thought it was fairly reasonable, but I had Kyle write it down on his card for me, so that I could price around, and get back to him. I was unable to find a price that came close to this, so I called Kyle to schedule the repair. He got me scheduled, and took my credit card info, so I thought everything was good to go. I then received a call back from him minutes later telling me his boss miss-quoted me, and instead of $285, it would be $465. WOW, what a discrepancy!!! I then asked Kyle if they would be willing to make a concession of some kind, as they should have quoted me accurately, or at least close to the actual price. He said they were unable to give any flexibility on the price.
