The store offers reasonably priced gowns if you buy the ones that are on the racks in "as is" condition. If you need any services, they become extremely unprofessional.
They are not open on Sundays as they claim (even if you want to make an appt, they will NOT let you)
They charge excessive amount for changing the length of the gown. Other places charge about $100-$120, they charge $160 for changing the length. They are not capable of doing alterations on the dresses. They say "you bought the wrong size, you don't make alterations to wedding dresses."
They will claim that they will clean your dress and make it look as new for you before you pick up, that's a LIE. They use soap and water to dab over the spots.
All the charges are hidden, they are unclear of what they charge. If you speak with the guy in the store, he will charge you even more.
If I had any of this on paper, I would sue them instead of just writing a review on this store.
DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!
