My wife found the maids standing on the kitchen countertops with their street shoes and no shoe covers. The maids used such harsh cleaning products that severely scratched many metal and glass surfaces. They acted as though they could not speak English and my wife was unable to provide any specific instructions over those general guidelines they were given by their boss, who did not show up until the end of the day. The maids broke three of the controls for our wood blinds. We called this company repeatedly to arrange for repairs and they put us off for about 2 months. After the manager finally arranged for a 3rd party repairman who did the repairs, and then the repairman called about 40 days later stating that Holly Maids was not paying him because the checks they sent him were bouncing, returned as Not Sufficient Funds (NSF).
