I am disappointed in this company. I was trying to make sense of the items on the site today, 9/3/2010, because my grandfather wanted a helicopter. I could not understand the differences between the models, so I called the number for assistance. I tried more than once, and I never got any response - only an answering machine that said no one was available. I was not given the choice of leaving a message, I was simply disconnected.
In my opinion, this company is not interested in helping the customer - they do not answer their phone during their posted business hours, they have no answering machine, and, since I am not the only one who this has happened to, it appears to be a common problem. As a general rule, I distrust companies who refuse to talk to the customer. I have a very good idea of what companies can and should be capable of doing for their customers, as I work very closely with over 100 major companies worldwide to assist with their customer service.
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. But it seems 1 is the lowest I can go. I will not be purchasing from this company - I will take my business elsewhere - to someone who can take the time and effort to lift a phone off the hook.
