Terrible customer service
|
I ordered 3 magazines form this company. They sent the wrong ones so tried to return them right away. I called to ask a few questions from them and they hung up on me several times. I finally got a hold of them through email and followed their instructions
for a return but they refused to refund my money and denied ever receiving them. When I was finally able to get someone to admit they had them, they returned them to me instead of giving a refund. I contacted my credit card company to assist and resent the
magazines through registered mail with their attached emails and was able to force them to give back a portion of my money. This is a very dishonest company and have very poor customer service.
