My experience with this company has been nothing but a migraine headache. I placed an order online - with no typos - and never received an order confirmation email, apparently they don't bother sending those out, nor do they send out shipping confirmation emails 'cause I never got one of those either. They promise delivery within 5-7 days, it's just over 6 weeks now and still no product. I've emailed this companies "premium customer service" team a whopping 22 times, no responses; I left 16 voice mails, no callbacks, and I wasn't "irate" in any of my contact attempts so there's absolutely no reason for them to ignore a paying customer like this. One day the voice mail box is full, and the next day it isn't so obviously somebody over there is listening to, or should I say, deleting the messages without even playing them. The home page for their site has changed twice since I placed my order so their server is up and running regarding the no email responses. They took the money off my credit card the day I placed the order and like I said, 6 weeks later and still nothing but a disputed charge with my creditor.
I've done everything possible as a consumer to rectify this situation but this company just refuses to deal with customers, a PAYING one at that - 38 attempts to get a hold of them over a four week period with not a single response, hmmm, definitely something fishy going on here; I even went so far as to contact the California Attorney General to report these guys as a fraudulant company and they are definitely looking into it because I'm not the only one who contacted them with these allegations, along with the BBB. My advice is to stay FAR, FAR AWAY from this company or you'll get ripped off just like I did if you don't.
I should've researched this company before I ordered from them so please don't make the same mistake I did by being lured in by their dirt cheap prices. What good is a cheap price if they never send out the product? I've read up on this company and every site that has consumer reviews all read just like mine - people who've been shafted and the company refusing to respond.
** If you did get ripped off by Green Web Properties like I did here's the CA Attorney General's contact info: MAKE SURE YOU WRITE OR CALL THEM ASAP - it's nearly free, it'll only cost you a postage stamp. They already have numerous complaints so the more the AG receives the faster Green Web can get shut down for good.
