First of all, the company was very responsive from first response to close. I used bankrate.com in the search for a replacement mortgage on our mountain house in Summit County, CO. This company was the first to respond. I was clear in my expectation and they were clear in their ability to deliver. There were no hidden fees or costs; all was clearly above board and explained. I waited for a period of time to lock what I thought was going to be the best rate. During the period of waiting I provided the documentation they required and they required alot. However, their requirements were no more than I expected under the new lending scrutiny. My questions were answered in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company.
