Review 5/20/2010
|
A high-flow law office has leased a multi-function office machine from Gold Coast Office Machines: an Office service and supplies company. since 2008 with no service calls until May 2010, when the Offices upgraded the computer system. An outside contractor was brought in for the system, and after the upgrade was complete, the office machine was the only issue. Customer service was then outright hostile, unhelpful, and they charged full service fees for a typical new system set up that could have been avoided if Gold Coast had left the requisite software, or had up-to-date training for their technicians. Avoid this company if you would like good customer service, or up-to-date machinery and trained technicians.
