I had a very similar experience to the other review. I purchase a "free" sample. I did not see anywhere on their site that I would have to pay 98.50 if I did not return the products. About two months later I received a charge for 98.50 on my credit card.
I immediately called the company thinking this must be some mistake, but they refused to issue me a refund. I told them I did not want to buy 100.00 shampoo and did not know I was going to be charged. I offered to return the shampoo and told them I did not see anywhere on the website saying I was going to be charged 98.50. The rep had to point it out to me.
I then asked to speak to a supervisor, but the rep who was very belligerent, refused. I called back and received the same response. This site is a scam and should not have the BBB endorsement on the first page.
The products are nothing special and definitely not worth 100.00. Do not purchase anything on this website!
