I purchased a Garry Platinum vacuum three months ago. The vacuum just stopped working all of a sudden. When I called about the LIFETIME WARRANTY ,THE SERVICE REPRESENTAVIE was extremely rude. I purchased the vacuum for $199.00. The company wants me to pay $50.00 to receive the new vacuum and $50.00 to send the old vacumn back to the company. This is simply a rip off. I am paying $100.00 for the replacement.
