This is a great service.. I had a small shipping problem and talked to someone in customer service who explained the problem to me, and fixed it very quickly. I will continue to give Game Fly my Video Game rental business. Thank you Julie Stautzenbach. This is the person who helped me over the phone, and she was very nice to deal with.
