FRANK ROBLEDO IS THE BEST!!!! I first contacted Frank when the idea of buying a house first entered my mind. I was referred to him by a friend who works at a real estate office that Frank works very closely with. My first conversation on the phone with Frank lasted almost 2 hours! He answered every single question I had in detail and made sure that I understood the whole process from start to finish and that conversation took place after business hours! I can still to this day text message Frank a question and he will text me back within an hour with an answer. Trust me that it is MUCH easier dealing with a lender like Freedom Mortgage Funding than it is a bank. Freedom Mortgage Funding is a direct lender just like any big name bank or company. We never ran into any issues during our escrow. We had an FHA loan and Frank closed our escrow in 3 weeks!!!! I will NEVER use any other lender!!! When it is time to sell this house and get a new one, I will be contacting Frank again :) Choose Freedom Mortgage Funding and your home buying process will go as smoothly as possible!!!!!!
