Florida Plants online is not a reputable company and I recommend taking caution when dealing with them. We ordered, and paid in full, for a fountain for a hotel. After speaking with Mr Fulghum once, we were told that it is being shipped and on it's way to our site. 40 days later and after trying numerous times to email and call for updates, we still have not received the fountain and have not gotten any response from Florida Plants Online. We are rushing to find a replacement item for the grand opening of the hotel and we will be seeking legal action.
