Wow,
If you are presently dealing with this company, GET OUT NOW!!!
I gave them two stars because in the beginning, the gentleman I spoke with was understanding and seemed to be genuinely interested in the details of my case. However, it was downhill from there. The second conversation with my case manager was nothing but a sales pitch to get me into a higher dollar amount. Since then, promises to call me have not occured and calls that I have made have not been returned. I disputed every single payment that came out of my bank account and my credit card account with my bank and my credit card company.
Luckily, I got out early before PFLS could do more damage. My guess is that they are going under real soon.
Severely Disappointed,
