TOTAL SHAM!!!!! ZERO Contact after paying

First off they told me it was 100 $ to start and that, this 100 dollars would go toward my original cost of $970.00
So I reluctantly agreed, then they passes me off to someone in California who sent me a packet via email, I filled it out immediately (I was on my computer when the email came in) and returned the packet within the hour only to never hear from FLR again... THANK GOD I payed with AMEX and they are awesome because FLR still tried billing me the full 970, not 870 like I was told.... DO NOT USE THIS ORGANIZATION!!!!!!! If I could give them NO STAR RATING I would!!!
