FIVE STAR ALERT!! WARNING!! FHA ALL DAY is a SCAM! (6453 W. Rogers Circle, W-9, Boca Raton, FL (561)961-7900) They ripped us off (in March) as a "Loan Modification Company" who would "work with our loan carrier in our behalf to lower our monthly payment, interest rate and get us caught up". Instead, they took our money and disappeared. Now I am in forclosure with my mortgage company who never heard from them! For those of you who don't know what to do, contact the Florida State Atty. General's office either on-line or by phone (Atty. General - Citizens Services at 1-850-414-3990) and report them. (I was told they have a lot of complaints on them already) You get a complaint form on line to fill out. IF they catch them, then you will become part of the law suit against them and could perhaps get compensated, or better yet, get the satisfaction of helping to send them to jail! The Atty. General's office told me I could also get help from FLASH-which stands for Florida Attorneys Saving Homes at 866-607-2187; or from HUD-1-800-569-4287. GOOD LUCK!
