I received a phone call from FBK trying to sell septic products. I told the lady I was in a new home and was not interested. She was very persistant and I had to eventually hang up on her. Some time later, FedEx left a package on my front porch. FBK sent me a bucket of their septic remedy even though I didn't authorize it. I called and asked for a return ship label and was told I had to authorize the shipment, that they don't just send product to people. I then asked to hear the authorization tape. They said they would have to call me back. When they called back, they said it was my husband who authorized it. I asked to hear that (knowing this was a farce). I was placed on hold for over 8 minutes and then heard a tape of a male, not sounding remotely like my husband, enthusiastically authorizing shipment of product. I have been getting billed for $208.95 and am being threatened with collections. They are refusing to send be a return ship label. Anyone with problems with this company should make a complaint to FL AG office and your own state if you are located elsewhere.
