I bought a Shark Handheld vacuum and after 4 months of use a part that provides suction had come off. I contacted the corporate office and they told me that I had to pay $30 for the part. Even though I had filled out the warranty card it did not mean anything if I did not have the original receipt. What's the use of filling out the warranty card? The customer service rep and the manager were both very smart with me when I questioned , why we fill out the warranty card . These individuals were from Canada and obviously do not have the touch of the American Supervisor and customer service rep here in the states. The professionalism was very grammer school like and so I will never buy Shark products again
