Story sounds familiar. In order to get warranty service, you need to call the company for an address since there is none in the manual or the printed warranty.
I, too, talked with a young woman who could not be understood. I told her what had happened and the full details of the problem. She insisted I go through the full normal start up process for the floor steamer when she finally agreed I could send it in for service. Then I couldn't understand her to get the address without a long, drawn out process.
It must have been 20 minutes before I got the simple address I requested right away on the phone. She indicated it would be 4-6 weeks and if our machine couldn't be repaired, they would send a new replacement.
We've been very happy with the product while it worked. I just hope it works when it gets back and that it works for more than 9 months.
