Customer service stinks! I saw the last bit of a info-mercial and didn't get the number to call so I looked it up on the internet. When I called the first person told me I should have dialed 2 for kitchen appliances (I wanted the nija kithchen 1100), I had to respond with there was NO option that said kitchen anything, the 2nd guy acted like he didn't want to take my order and couldn't even give me expedited shipping, which they offered on the web. I had tried ordering via internet but had complications(they were my own). Both had a very heavy accents and spoke very fast. Soon after hanging up my the payment was pending on my bank account and now 4 days later, the site still shows my blender in "warehouse picking" but the payment doesn't show anywhere on my account leading me to believe it was cancelled on their end. I had such a bad experiance with CS that I do not even want to call back so I emailed them, waiting for a response.
