I got the job booked within one day of my first call to Desert Tech. They called us to schedule the work at a convenient time for us and we agreed on a date/time one week later. The technician arrived just after the beginning of the promised window. He
was courteous, professional, informative, and got right to work as soon as he came in. He cleaned the furnace in the attic, which accumulates a ton of sand in the desert. Outside he found a failing capacitor and replaced it on the spot with one from the truck.
After all of that, the job was completed in about 1.5 hours! The single best quality of the whole experience was the technicians politeness and professionalism. I love it when a service company actually treats you like a customer. Just wonderful!
