This has been hands down the most terrible service I have ever received in my lifetime! Beyond incompetent, horrible customer service horrible internet service... or lack there of!
I have not had internet service and all my office calls are being forwarded to my cell phone!!! Why should I pay for this when I have not been able to conduct business in the past week!
They never call back and Joe - a "customer service" rep not only hung up on me but before hanging up on my laughed at me and insulted me? I have never received such abusive treatment in my life!
Do NOT ever use this company for anything at all!!!
