Lawrence was a valuable resource

Lawrence who we spent most of our time with really seemed to be a never ending well of information and resources. I was honestly not expecting an outside consultant to have that much knowledge of our industry since it is fairly small. With his help we have made major changes in both our internal processes as well as how we handle our customer facing relationships. He really helped me think outside of the box to solve some issues that had been festering for a long while.
