I have been a patient of Dr. Keller for many years now. Every time I've come in I've had a pleasant experience. The girls at the front desk are kind and welcoming. When my glasses brake or get tweaked the staff there knows just how to fix them. I read a previous review and was shocked to hear a patient had such an experience. I myself am a retired optician and have seen things like this before. In most cases it's someone who is trying to scam the office and get free stuff out of it. In this case it sounds like the woman has dementia and forgot that the frame was broken to begin with. It's sad, but cases like that happen often in our area due to it being a retirement community. Anyway, I highly recommend this office to anyone who wants great eyecare and cutomer service.
