Horrible service and Unprofessional

am extremely disappointed with Shanika. She was 30 minutes late, she started cleaning and then called her boss and lied about the condition of my house. She claimed l had a large animal and l have a small cat. She was asked to mop and sweep the floors and dust and she acted like l made her get down on her hands and knees and scrub the floors with a toothbrush. She was lazy, disrespectful and a flat out liar! I don’t recommend this service nor do l recommend her as a cleaning person. If this service is #1 then l truly wonder to what standard! Don’t bother!
