Higher standards indeed!

We inherited Hire Standards when we bought our house over a year ago. Their pool service is excellent ... on time ... reliable and efficient. Earlier this year we hired HS to instal a roof top thermal pool heating system. The job was done quickly and with a minimum amount of mess or distraction. Unfortunately the manufacture of the system gave HS incomplete information on how the heating system should interact with the type of pump we have. HS didn't back away for a second. At no additional cost they up-graded our pump; installed a new digital control unit and installed a cover in order to adapt our system to the new thermal heater. The system works great. We are able to use our pool year around without any gas supplement... indeed without the digital control unit the pool would get so hot it would be unusable. We intend to use HS for a complete upgrade of out pool and patio in the near future.
