I have used Hire Standards for the last three years as my weekly pool maintenance, and when needed, pool repair service. I have been completely satisfied with their level of service, time conscientiousness, and reasonable costs.
Before Hire standards, my pool cleaners were hardly timely - I had three before hiring Hire Standards - all three were the sole service person. Family or personal illness, windy days and several other excuses were used for lapsed service. Promises of credit to the account for missed days, or 'for free' filter cleaning were offered, but not done. Hire Standards has many pool technicians who will cover a route should the regular person not be able. For high wind periods, or if filters are to be cleaned on our particular route, we get two bodies to fulfill the required job. I should mention that filter cleaning is included in my service charge, and repair are done labor free - charges are for parts only.
