by the time I had to call repeatedly, and was insulted by the customer service person ("That's not true" - sorry, that's what the post office told me), all I wanted was done, don't send me anything - period. You have to argue with customer service to TRY to have this cancelled. Don't count on them cancelling it; they'll say it's cancelled but ship stuff so they can bill you. Company is a rip-off.
