Ordered on Jan 21st 2009 and again on Jan 25th. It is now Feb 05, 2009. Still haven't received packages. After two attempts to email and three attempts at phone calls. I finally got a tracking number and discovered shipment was sent today, after I complained. Could've been error but would've been nice to have been told it didn't get shipped at all so I could shop somewhere else.
