I've tried to be patient with this company,but no one in the company is honest about the process or policies in place; or maybe they just don't know the process. Each person promises things they can't deliver - including funding in a timely manner.
I was told up front it would be 2-4 weeks for funding after receiving my paperwork; so I made sure I crossed every t and dotted every i and it took over 3 months and 2 complaints to the BBB.
This company delayed and stalled my funding since the beginning; none of the employees know the process of funding and promise things like funding will be in 2-4 weeks.
What they fail to explain is; funding is done only after they get all their paperwork processed on their side yet they continually stall the process or take weeks just to process 1 item.
After I complained to the BBB; they funded me 80% then agreed to pay the additional 20% when my CA was completed. I had to file another complaint to get them to fund the additional money as agreed to.
