When i first enter the store it look good, but the customer service is awful. The people working there doesn't approach you with with welcome, instead you get this uncomfortable glare from the employees behind the counter. I felt like i was in the liquor store and he was hehind the glass counter. I informed the guy that i had a bad module and door locks doesn't work. I'm a mechanic so i know that it can be fix, but by only running wires to bypass module. He also charged me extra to add trunk release. when they were done, they informed me that they cannot add the trunk release because my car doesn't support it. They also informed me the alarm they add won't work because they said the master switch is bad. I asked for a refund for the trunk release since there were no work done. They said that they will fix my master switch as credit towards not doing the trunk release. I said go ahead, but the master switch is not the problem, its the module. They took my car in one more time. 15 minutes later they came out and told me i had a bad chip. I told them that chip you refer to is the module i was talking about in the first place. I asked for a refund again for the trunk release since there were no labor or parts added. they refused my refund and said they will fix my problem for about $200 extra. They said they would add motor to the door locks to make them work, but my car already comes stock with motors. these guys though i was dumb. they didn't know i was a mechanic certified in engine repair, transmission repair, engine performance, mechanical repairs. I refused and asked for the owner and they said they don't know his whereabouts. I informed them i was going to complain to consumers affair and i as of now have already file complaint against the business.
