False Advertising/Poor Service

False advertising! Sign says 14.95 for oil change; other sign says $20 for tax, disposal FULL COST! Employee says it will be $20. Manager or owners total charge to me was $25. Plus sloppy job because dripped oil for three days in my garage and still smells of burnt oil two weeks later.
