I have been going through my mod since April, I have had 3 different processors due to he fact they have quit,got fired,or went to another office i am on my 4th processor now, and everytime some one new came along nobody was looking after my mod and it was forgotten about till I called,I have also been told twice that my mod was accepted and i should have a offer in a couple weeks that was 3 and 4 months ago, and i was told that my foreclosure was put on hold, that was also a lie i confirmed with my bank that a foreclosure always stays in process. I am in foreclosure now, I was told that would never happen and that they would handle everything, and I would never see a court room, on Sept 24 I had my hearing did they take care of it for me NO! They don't want to you to contact the bank because they dont want you to know they falsified your info so you qualify for any plans, and they dont want you to know that they aren't doing their job. These people do not keep you informed/updated on your status,they only called my bank once a month unless I called and demanded an update, except this month they have called several times but only because I told them I would hire an attorney to deal with them, and they told me they would call me every week,since that call,I have not heard from anyone since the begin of Sept. I also got a letter FedEx from my bank asking for new contact information because they aren't able to reach anyone to offer a plan. Because these people don't answer their phones. they also moved their offices without any notification, no email, no letter, no phone calls, just moved over a weekend, changed their numbers and everything.I just happen to have my agents cell phone number and found out they moved, he had to call me back with the address and phone number cause he didnt know it himself, if i hadnt had his cell number i would have had no idea where they went. Do not trust this company with your home you may end up loosing it in the end.
