Blue Casa is the worse they lie and are rude to there customers. My dad has been a client since 2009. His service was suspended on 10/05. He got a pass due bill for $150.01 dollars that needed to be paid in order to restore his service. I made a payment on 10/11 for $100. We called back on the 13th to pay the balance and there system was down so they could not take a payment. We called again on the 14th and they told us the same thing. Finally we called back on the 17th and they took our payment for another $100. We paid the balance and they also charged us for the month of October even though the service has been suspended since 10/05. We where told by Ana that our service would be back on with in 48hrs. I called the company on the 22nd to find out why the service was still off. I spoke to a guy name Gorge. He told me that there was a balance on the account and that we needed to pay. He also informed me that his service was disconnected since the 17th since his balance was not paid. I was told that we would need to pay the balance and call back on Monday to start new service with them. I informed him that the balance and this month’s bill were paid for. He told me that pass due was paid for but not this months. So I was trying to get an explanation on why they would tell me that the service would be back on if they had all ready disconnected the phone line. He kept giving me the run around and he would keep telling me “how can I explain this to you so you can understand?” Oh I understand I am not stupid. At the end of the call I was frustrated and mad because I could not get a straight answer to my question. I finally told him that I wanted to talk to manager or supervisor he said ok someone will contact you later on today. I did not get a call back from them until yesterday. When I talked to them he told me that the service was all ready disconnected and there was nothing they could do. I kept asking him why they would lie to us like that. But all he could say was sorry there is nothing we can do.
