Stay Away! I went online to buy tickets for Katy Perry Concert in Toronto. BigStud works with third parties. I got two tickets in the mail from InSeats.com. When I got to the concert in Toronto I was turned away at the gate. The agent at the gate stated that the tickets had been voided by the vendor and re-sold. I never received a refund. I tried contacting InSeats.com but they do not answer the phone and do not return voicemail messages.
I contact BigStud, who did respond but stated that they needed something from the venue on their letterhead stating that the tickets were not valid. The venue will not provide anything because of privacy laws since I was not the original purchaser of the tickets. They advised me that they see this issue often with third parties such as Big Stud and InSeats.
Do Not buy tickets from any third party. Go directly to the venue or through ticketmaster only. Otherwise you will get burned like it I did.
