I've had to wear wigs out of necessity for 16 years--since age 14. This is the absolute WORST online wig purchase I've ever made. They sent me a clearly USED wig and when I tried to exchange for a new, unworn wig, they wanted to charge ME an outrageous restocking fee for THEIR mistake! They were going to stand to make more money on exchange and restocking fees than the wig was worth (which was $200)After several argumentative phone calls and even more unprofessional and argumentative emails from them, which had me in tears, I reminded them that many or most of their customers are sick, some deathly sick with cancer and that they should be ashamed of giving us such a hard time. I finally received my wig after fighting for it (which a paying customer shouldn't have to do). I'll never do business with these unprofessional rip off artists again.
