I ordered what I thought was a trial in order to review the product and get paid for the review. I am still waiting for the product to show up. I ordered it about a month ago. I have called 3 times and the first two times the customer service reps answered my questions and assured me that no other product would be shipped until my trial was sent. I called yesterday and the rude representative told me that they would not and could not refund my trial even though it has not shown up. They already charged me the shipping costs and she refused several times to put me on the phone with a supervisor stating she was the only one there in charge. Unfortunately this the second company I have dealt with in the last few weeks that gave me the same answer. As far as I'm concerned this company is a scam and committing fraud or breech of contract at the very least because they charge you shipping for something that they never send you. The next product shipment is supposed to be sent 4/16 and I'm sure they will charge my card a large amount of money even though I have sent them an email stating that I want the account cancelled and tried to tell them over the phone. The customer service is hit or miss but if you call them to cancel be prepared for the response, "we can not cancel the trial".
