I am so excited about moving into my first home, which I purchased using an FHA 203K loan. It was intimidating at first but in the end I am very happy with my decision. Shawn’s knowledge and experience working on 203K projects made the whole process smooth and easy. I was able to transform an old, outdated house into a beautiful, modern home. The entire Bakker Construction crew is made up of very hardworking, reliable and dedicated people. The work was completed on time and with excellent quality, including completely gutting the bathrooms, custom cabinets in the kitchen, new flooring throughout, and electrical work. They went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make sure the final product was exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Bakker Construction to anyone needing a general contractor, especially if interested in a 203K project.
