Traded my truck in for a 2007 Prius. The Auto Gallery has not paid off my trade-in. Now I'm getting calls from the finance company about the truck. They want to know where the pay off is. I tried to contact Todd from Auto Gallery, but all I get is his voice mail. Now my credit rating is getting messed up thanks to the Auto Gallery. I wish they would pay off the truck as agreed. If you go to the Auto Gallery get something in writing stating that they will pay off your trade in 10 days. Or you can be like me and go to a different dealership and avoid this one.
