This is the worst company in the WORLD for moving. They are the biggest extortionists and will hold your valuables hostage until you pay their excess fuel, excess lbs, and additional"wait" time charges. Charges that were never included in their original proposal. They will promise you everything when you sign up with them and then you are stuck for days waiting for your stuff to be delivered. They will tell you lies about the truck breaking down and then when you talk to the driver he will tell you they never had truck problems. It is my mission in life to tell people out there about the crooks that run, manage this company. They also own the actual truck company too, North American Transfer. I beg you not to use this company unless you want a nightmare in your life. You finally get the merchandise delivered and it's broken and they say oh well!!! The man in dispatch is named Kevin, the manager is Kevin and the customer service rep is Kevin. One man runs this awful company and refuses to let you speak to anyone else in the company. I have taken this horrific incident to Channel 7 on your side in the Bay Area. WE ARE GOING TO COURT KEVIN-C ALL THREE OF YOU THERE!
