When I questioned her about her address and on my case I never received a response. Numerous times I contacted Rosemarie's offices and I was told she was not available, her representatives always state she is out of the office or in court. I finally had a friend call to "start up a new case" Rosemarie was suddenly available and my friend was given an appointment to meet with Rosemarie Garcia. A soon as I confronted Rosemarie along with multiple other clients who have been lied to she called the Police. Rosemarie stated she would make sure our case was seen as soon as possible. This "case" has been "pending" over a year and yet we have not been given a case number, an appointment, or an update on the process of the case. We were contacted finally after numerous attempts to speak with Rosemarie on 03-01-2011 by the representative which stated we could have an appointment with Rosemarie on 03-02-2011 regarding our case. We showed up and once again no one answered the door and no one answered the phones. A business in the same complex stated to us that multiple people have arrived for appointments and also to question Rosemarie on the status of their case and she does not respond.
There are multiple reviews on yahoo, yelp, and numerous other online sites. 90% of these reviews are negative, much of her clientel are Latinos many non English speaking as in the case with my family. Due to the language and sometimes the technological barriers Rosemarie Garcia is getting away with peoples money without providing the services that she has promised.
I encourage anyone in this situation to complain to the Better Business Bureau so that something can be done and no one else becomes a victim to these horrible acts. Rosemarie Garcia's clients have lost their homes, vehicles and credit due to her acts and promises.
