I would never recommend this company to anybody to do service for their vinyl pools. I hired this company to patch holes in my in-ground swimming pool. In fact, it was the actual owner I dealt with to patch the holes. I paid an initial payment of $375 for the service. he patched some holes and told me to call him back if I was still loosing water. I did within the next seven days and paid no additional charges. He patched more holes again and told me to keep observing if I still loose water. I called him pass the seven days warranty and told him that I continue to loose large amount of water. He came by and I paid additional $75. After he did the service, I called him 2 days later on his voice mail and left him a message that I continue to loose a lot of water. He never returned my call. I called him 4 more times after that at his company and his cell phone but never called back. I paid a total of $450 for a service that was never completed. Now because of mandatory water conservation in California, I stop adding water in my pool and started to empty the pool instead. The whole vinyl pool is now empty and I pulled the vinyl liner out. Now I will end up having to replace the whole vinyl liner but have to wait 5 to 10 more months till the next summer to do that to save money for it.
NEVER EVER GET A CONTRACT FROM THIS COMPANY TO FIX OR REPLACE YOUR VINYL LINER POOL OR EVEN TO PATCH HOLES IN YOUR POOL!!!
