In April 2008 I hired Alexim to deliver a box to Belo Horizonte/Brazil and paid $720.00 (insurance + deliver), however the item has not been delivered until today, April/08/2010. I contacted Alexim via phone and email numerous times and only heard they were working on a solution for the case. The excuse was they had problems with cash flow and would be resolving the situation soon.
Even though the results were not what I expected from them, I had until today had patience and tried to understand their problems and gave them a chance to get healthy again and solve all their issues with their customers (I heard that are many others like me)
Recently I saw on the TV (Globo International) an advertisement from Alexim which made me mad, since they always explained to me they didn't have money to take the container out of the Brazilian port, but now they have money to make TV ads...
I WOULD NEVER do business with them again. They have no plans or at least they don't say to us what they are, don't talk to their customers (they never called me back) and keep breaking their promises all the time.
My review has one star because the system doesn't allow me to give less than that to Alexim.
