recieved two broken guns wanted me to fix and then pay $40 to return them

"absolutly terrible bought 2 electric guns for $300 recieved both neither worked both broken here techs told me to take it apart to try to fix it then when that didnt work they want me to pay $40 to return the guns so they could repair them and send them back to me i didnt order broken guns to pay 440 to have the repair them i wanted new guns not repaired a joke customer service would do npothing to help opened dispute with BBB and credit card "
