Access has been nothing but helpful, honest and upfront about their service between them and me, the customer. I had an issue with a couple of their led bulbs and they "without question," replaced my bulbs when they could've easily sent me to the manufacture and the challenge of having to haggle with them for replacements.
Every time I've made an order, Access has called me to be sure I am the person who is using my ID to buy supplies from Access. At first I thought this was a bit annoying, but then as Internet thievery is so common these days, Access is a safe place to shop, and I like that.
I am a real customer, and I believe Access to be one of the most reliable places to shop online.
