I requested the 14 Day Free trial and after receiving it the product seemed ok but after looking at the pricing decided it was not worth the cost. I went to the site and after reading the fine print I realized that the 14 days began when the order was shipped. My 14 days was almost up I tried for 3 days to call with busy signals and finally when I did get through after holding for about 10 minutes it disconnects you, I tried to e mail the address they give claiming it will be faster than the phone. It has been 5 days and 5 e- mails later, they have not responded or canceled the "membership" and have charged my account for the cost of the product and will continue to send and charge monthly until I can get them to cancel. I would NOT recommend this company
