Fantastic Job on Second Floor Build up for 1920's Spanish Revival Home

With this review, I would like to convey our satisfaction and give our full recommendation of A.N.N. Contractors for any home remodeling project in San Marino or any nearby neighborhood. Recently, we added approximately 1,200 square feet, which included a new second story to our existing single story 1920’s Spanish style home.
Since our home before the remodel had many features specific to many of the Spanish Revival homes built in the 1920s, we were concerned about maintaining the character and integrity of the home. Such details included: textured plaster walls, talavera and Saltillo floor tiles, matching original wood window sills, arched doorways and decorative wrought iron detail. We were happy that Abe’s subcontractors were able to find and/or install these details.
Our project was completed on budget and ahead of schedule due to Abe’s steadfast focus on a single project, ours, and ability to manage his subcontractors in an efficient manner. Another key advantage of working with Abe was how seamless he managed the project in regards to dealing with our architect, structural engineer to the San Marino Inspectors and Fire Department. We know from past experience how easily a project can get stalled or derailed with issues from these key departments.
Overall, our home build-out project was a huge success and exceeded our expectations. We know that we could not have succeeded in the time or manner with any other contractor. Abe was always accessible and would either answer his phone or call us right back. He did everything to ensure we were 100% happy with the end result and is still helpful when we call him for any follow up issues.
Lastly, on a personal level I was extremely happy to deal with Abe on a daily basis throughout the project. He listened to all of my concerns and I felt comfortable knowing that our new house in the making was in good hands.
