Major Home Remodel - Excellent Value and Professional Results

We contracted Abe to do a major remodel of our South Pasadena 1925 English home. The link below shows the before and after pictures so you can judge for yourself the excellent work Abe and his subs did. At the end of this review, I also include a copy of our commendation letter that we sent after the remodel was finished.

Dear Abe,
We just wanted to take a moment to thank you for completing a major remodel of our house in South Pasadena CA. The high quality workmanship and impeccable attention to details that your team did are exemplary and your professionalism second to none. I work with a lot of (commercial) contractors on a daily basis so from experience, I can honestly say that finding a good contractor is difficult.
The electrical systems, plumbing, heating & air conditioning systems, and low voltage wiring were all professionally installed with absolutely no problems and are working flawlessly. You are to be commended for your unlimited patience in working with us on a daily basis, refining and correcting any and all issues which inevitably come up with any project of this size and magnitude. I think the key in the success of this project is in your ability to manage all of your subcontractors in an equitable and professional manner. And to have you complete the project within the proposed price and to do it 6 weeks ahead of schedule is just icing on the cake.
Everyone that has come by our home has been extremely impressed with how beautiful the tile work, crown moldings, windows and painting have turned out. Your recommendation to install tankless water heaters was definitely the right way to go as we now always have an infinite supply of hot water. Finally, your recommendation to move our laundry area has allowed us to put in a first class theater that is now used daily by our teenage children and their friends.
